2Global Norms and Validation ResearchIn 2024, we conducted an extensive validation study, updated The PROFILOR® Technical Manual, and updated global norms for our standard 360 degree assessments across all leadership levels, from Senior Executives to Mid-Level Leaders or Individual Contributors.

3Research CollaborationOur partnership with the University of Minnesota ensures rigorous, unbiased validation research. Their Ph.D. candidates also use anonymous data to generate new insights. In addition, we get many research and product evolution ideas from our clients.
