PROFILOR Badge Progress Check@2x-1

The PROFILOR® Progress Check

Progress Check is designed to enhance leader accountability for development. A streamlined 360, Progress Check allows leaders to identify 3 – 10 behaviors from their original 360 that they have been working on improving. Leaders get feedback on both level of improvement and effort that others have noticed related to these behaviors. The Progress Check is typically delivered 6 months after the original 360. Individual feedback reports are available for Progress Check in PDF formats.

Group Interactive Reporting

Both The PROFILOR® and Progress Check have group interactive dashboards available. These allow organizations to look at their data for groups of people at a time according to the variables that are important to the organization (e.g., Business Units, Geographies). The data can be sorted real-time for the organization to explore themes, trends, gaps, etc.. Organizational uses for group interactive reporting include:

  • Identify leadership gaps and themes
  • Inform training needs analysis
  • Focus key talent and succession discussions
  • Understand what competencies and behaviors leaders choose to develop
  • Track levels of effort and improvement for various competencies and behaviors.
