As an executive coach and leadership consultant, her experience is international, working in the U.S., Europe, Central and South America, and Africa. Her clients throughout her career represent all industries and have included companies such as Alcoa, Allstate Corporation, American Airlines, Celebrity Cruises, Coca-Cola Enterprises, CSX, Delta, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Nemours Children’s Health System, Royal Caribbean International, State Farm Insurance Companies, The Coca-Cola Company, and Yara.
Terri’s experience prior to Assessments International also included leading the Southeast U.S. region and Atlanta Operating Office for Personnel Decisions International (PDI, acquired by Korn Ferry / Hay Group), leading the Global Strategic Talent Management function for a Fortune 50 company, founding and leading her own leadership consulting company, and teaching MBA students in courses such as Talent Management and Leadership Communications as an adjunct professor. With a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an additional master’s in Communications/Journalism, she is well versed to work with leaders on personal, team, and organizational effectiveness, in addition to the strategic communications that accompanies this work.
Terri is a published author, having written several articles and book chapters on leadership, including contributing to PDI’s renowned The Successful Executive’s Handbook and The Successful Manager’s Handbook. She is certified in the use of numerous assessment instruments and is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Harvard Club of the Palm Beaches, International Coach Federation (ICF), Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
